DIGITAL CULTURES: KNOWLEDGE / CULTURE / TECHNOLOGY

Discussing and sharing experiences about digital media technologies, their cultural features and effects are some of the objectives of the International Conference “Digital Cultures: Knowledge, Culture, Technology”. The event takes place between 19 and 22 September at the Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, Germany.

The conference is organized in six themes: Histories, Environment, Economies, Subjectivities, Collectivities, and Futures. In this context, the conference brings together research concerned with studying digital cultures and the ways that digital media transform contemporary culture, society and economy.
