II INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT OF CULTURAL HERITAGE: HUMANITIES, SOCIETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT / UNIPel

17-09-2021 11:28

Yesterday I had the satisfaction of participating at the Roundtable “Museums: Proximity Places and Memory Spaces”, together with my colleagues Prof. Mario Moutinho/Portugal and Prof. Hamilton Fernandes/Cape Verde.

I would like to thank Prof. Luiz Oosterbeek, table organizer, for the interesting debate.

I addressed the issue of community participation in the creation of emic Data Science, within transdisciplinary projects aligned with the principle of Science of Sustainability and the proposal of the Global Coalition UNESCO/MOST/BRIDGES.

I also approached the conception of Museums of Territories of Memory, based on Digital Humanities tools and related to the record of the memory of ancestral territories of Brazilian indigenous communities.
