Sustainable and socially responsible investments

A new investing approach aligns ESG factors (Environment, Social, Governance) with the UN’s SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) to boost evaluations of the “S” factor at the bottom line.

In effect, the socially responsible investments are more and more seen as a strategy to manage risk, and it is now consolidated as a mainstream.

Yesterday I attended the event “3rd ESG Responsible Investments, Green Finance & Brands Forum 2018” that took place at the Investitionsbank Berlin, Germany. It was powered by the Global Sustain Group, also in cooperation with the IBF (International Bankers Forum) and the FNG (Forum Nachhaltige Geldanlagen).
